Creating multiple accounts, duplicate registrations, or operating accounts on behalf of other individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. gilajp reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, void associated bets, confiscate balances, and permanently ban Users who violate this policy. Accounts created using false information, stolen identities, or fraudulent documentation will be immediately terminated without prior notice.

You are responsible for any such third-party fees incurred when funding your Account.
You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified through our KYC process; (b) you have met all applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) there are no pending investigations or disputes related to your Account; (d) the withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of Rp 50,000; and (e) the withdrawal is being sent to a payment method registered in your legal name.

Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, gilajp reserves the right to request identity verification documents including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 3 months), proof of payment method ownership (bank statement showing your name and account number, e-wallet screenshot), and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in Account suspension and withdrawal requests being cancelled.
Standard withdrawal limits are set at Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per month for verified accounts. Higher limits may be available for VIP members based on their tier status. gilajp does not charge fees for withdrawals; however, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose incoming transfer fees which are deducted from the withdrawal amount by the financial institution.

Upon Account termination for cause, all pending bets may be voided, bonus balances forfeited, and remaining Account Balance subject to investigation.
